$1 million per claim/$2 million aggregate coverage required for all LAWYERS in private practice; optional for exempt LAWYERS seeking coverage for PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.

$250,000 per claim/aggregate sublimit coverage to protect members of the public (and LAWYERS) against the dishonest, fraudulent, criminal, or malicious acts or omissions of present or former partners, associates, employed LAWYERS and firm EMPLOYEE(s).

Run-Off

$250,000 per claim/aggregate coverage for LAWYERS exempt from paying the insurance premium.

Excess

Optional coverage to $9 million per claim $9 million in the aggregate limits above the $1 million per claim/$2 million aggregate limits provided by the primary LAWPRO^® insurance program.
